Privacy policy

Pursuant to the Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR), we inform that:
  1. Axes System spółka z o.o. in Gdańsk ul. Raciborskiego 35, 80-215 Gdańsk, KRS 0000444422, e-mail: axes@axes.com.pl – is a controller of your personal data.
  2. Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
    1. Making and executing an agreement (art. 6 par.1 letter b of GDPR);
    2. Performance of our legal obligations arising from entering into the agreement, such as tax-related or concerning storing accounting documents (art. 6 par.1 letter c of GDPR);
    3. Arising from our legitimate interests to offer our products (direct marketing), perform analyses for our own purposes, or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (art. 6 par.1 letter f of GDPR).
    4. Providing commercial information by electronic means of communication (e-mail, sms) or by telephone - upon your consent (art. 6 par.1 letter a of GDPR).
  3. We can disclose personal data - as necessary with respect to services provided to us or an obligation to which we are subject - to the following categories of recipients:
    1. entities processing data on our behalf, such as providing accounting, legal, technical or IT services;
    2. other recipients, such as entities conducting activity in the area of insurance, banking (for the purposes of returns, if any), postal services, delivery services or tax offices.
  4. Data is stored:
    1. for the time in which storing of accounting and fiscal documents is required by regulations, but not less than for the duration of proceedings related to making or defending claims;
    2. until an objection of a person whose data has been processed in relation to our legitimate interest is considered; if the objection refers to direct marketing, we shall each time stop the processing of data for this purpose;
    3. until such time as consent is withdrawn – with regard to personal data processed on this basis.
  5. In accordance with GDPR you have the right to:
    1. access your data and receive a copy thereof;
    2. rectify your data;
    3. erase your data or restrict the processing thereof;
    4. transfer data;
    5. make an objection to processing the data in relation to our legitimate interests; whenever the objection refers to direct marketing, we shall each time stop processing the data for that purpose;
    6. withdraw your consent to the processing of data, if they are processed on that basis;
    7. make a complaint to a supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  6. Personal data is given freely; however, giving data is necessary to enter into an agreement, execute an agreement or make the full use of functions offered in our Internet services.
  7. We obtain personal data primarily from you. However, data of persons representing our business partners (name, function, position or authorisation, personal identification number, email address, telephone number, contact address) or data of persons appointed as points of contact (position or authorisation, email address, telephone number, contact address) may be received from our business partners, and a representative's function and personal identification number may also be tracked in the register of entrepreneurs (KRS).
  8. We do not take automatic decisions, such as profiling, which may have legal consequences with respect to persons to whom the data pertain or which have a similar effect.
  9. We do not provide or intend to provide personal data outside the European Economic Area or to international organizations.
