Software Updates

The latest update of our CDIF/3 software is ready and available. We made every effort to implement all the information received from out users. Models already existing in the database were enhanced, many functions optimised and new ones added. Please take a look at the list of modifications below.

BMW
More control module versions were introduced for BMW series 5 and X3. Some of the missing descriptions for DTCs were added for BMW series F thanks to cooperation and feedback from our users.

Toyota
There is a new model available on the list of supported vehicles - Aygo (B4), manufactured since 2014. Control modules for this model offer functions, such as readout of live data/parameters, activations and adaptations.

Lexus
There is a new model available on the list of supported vehicles - NX (Z1), manufactured since 2014. Control modules for this model offer functions, such as readout of live data/parameters, activations and adaptations.

Chevrolet
New additions include the new Aveo II model. Control modules for this model offer functions, such as identification, DTC readout and reset.

Mitsubishi
DPF regeneration function was added for ASX 1.8DID.

Nissan
DTC readout was optimised for all control modules within this vehicle make. There is a distinction of statuses into "Current” and "History” introduced for DTC readout in most airbag control modules.

Volvo
The brake caliper piston retraction procedure was simplified. Other optimisation includes DTC readout in engine control modules for 2004-2012 models.

Hyundai
There is a new model available on the list of supported vehicles - Hyundai H350 (EU). The first model of Hyundai's large van family, manufactured since 2015, offers 13 control units for diagnosis. The only engine intended for this model is 2.5CRDI with 150HP or 170HP. Beside standard functionalities, the control units are provided with a variety of adaptations.

Kia
There is a new model available on the list of supported vehicles - Kia Sorento (UM). The third generation of Sorento (in production since 2015) is enhanced with a list of 32 control units. The engines listed include 2.0CRDi, 2.2CRDi, 2.4GDI and 2.4MPI. Beside standard functionalities, the control units are provided with a variety of adaptations.

Renault
Thanks to the cooperation and feedback from our users we are able to continuously add new control units and enhance the available ones with additional functions. New control units and changes implemented with this edition apply to flagship models, i.e. Megane II/Scenic II, Laguna II ph2, Master.

Mercedes
New addition to the list of supported vehicle is Mercedes Vito/V Class W447. The direct successor of W639 is manufactured since 2014 and comes with a list of 30 control units available for diagnosis. The first engine introduced in our database is 2.15CDI (114CDI). Beside standard functionalities, the control units offer a variety of adaptations and codings GLK Class X204 and M/GLE Class W166 are further models within the Mercedes group to offer scan and group check (simplified selection) options. Ultimately, the changes will be implemented to all other models within Mercedes group of supported vehicles. Additionally, control units were provided with new functions, such as: diesel particulate filter regeneration, adaptations after component replacements, learned values reset, diesel particulate filter replacement procedures etc.
