We make every effort to pack and ship parcels on the day of the order (for orders placed on holidays or non-working days - on the first working day). In any case, we ship parcels not later than within 14 working days.
Delivery services we use offer shipment tracking options. The shipment number is sent to the email address indicated by customer. If the delivery company does not provide the shipment number, please contact our hotline.
When placing order, the customer will be asked to provide invoicing address and delivery address. If no other address is entered in the form, the delivery will be made to the invoicing address.
If the order is returned due to invalid or incorrect address details, Axes System reserves the right to retain the handling fee for costs incurred in connection with the shipment and to deduct an appropriate amount to refund costs in connection with the return and non-delivery of the purchased goods.
On delivery, please check the parcel for any damage and inspect the content for correctness. Do not sign the receipt slip before checking. Once the delivered parcel has been checked, the products delivered are accepted "as is". Remember that complaints concerning missing items or goods damaged in transit must be submitted within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
If there is no damage to packaging or if the goods are missing, please keep the original packaging and contact us immediately, so that we can submit a relevant claim
for damage with the delivering carrier.
Lost parcel/goods:
All missing items subject to claim must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery. Contact us to report a missing parcel/goods or parcel/goods
damaged during shipment .
