Our main focus this time was the improvement of features introduced in previous editions.
The April edition provides the users with new option for Volvo vehicles - there are new scanning functions available for models diagnosed over CAN. A reference database to link Volvo ECU identifications and database components is currently being developed. We intend to create a more intuitive connection system, similar to 'autodetect' in the Volkswagen group. The system will select the correct component automatically in accordance with the identification number.
Works on automatic detection of control units for Mercedes are at an advanced stage of development. Information on component verification may be available from this edition on. We continue works on automatic scanning procedure for various car makes, i.e. BMW (E series) Ford, Mazda, Mini. The results will be visible from this edition onwards.
New additions to the list of supported vehicles include Bentley, as well as car models like Citroen Jumpy II , Ford Ka II, Peugeot 208, Opel Vivaro ph3, Mini Countryman/Peaceman, Mini Coupé/Roadster and Saab 9-3 (2004-2010). The main goal of the April update was further development of the Volkswagen group.
